We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Admission Counsellor to guide aspiring students through the IIT-JEE admission process. This role involves helping students choose the right coaching programs, providing guidance on admission criteria, and supporting them throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents regarding IIT-JEE preparation, course selection, and admission requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).

• Strong academic background with a solid understanding of IIT-JEE syllabus, concepts, and exam patterns.

• Previous experience in academic counseling, coaching, or educational consultancy is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using educational tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.

Key Competencies:

• Subject Expertise: Deep knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics relevant to IIT-JEE.

• Counseling Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.

• Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
