Job Opening : Counsellor cum Sales Executive

Location : SR Tower 1st floor near Gokul residency

doon University road, Dehradun 248001

Experience : 6 months to 1 year (Preferably in a coaching institute)

Qualification : 12th Pass/Graduate

Salary : ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month as per experience

Working Hours : 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM (6 days a week)

Job Responsibilities :

Counsel students and parents about JEE/NEET and foundation courses.

Drive admissions by converting leads into enrolments.

Follow up with potential students to ensure maximum conversions.

Maintain records of inquiries and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to achieve business growth.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive student experience.

Required Skills:

Strong persuasion and sales skills to convert leads effectively.

Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Prior experience in education sales or counselling is an advantage.
