Job Title : Team Leader (Inside Sales)
Job Description
· Handle Sales operations on the floor.
· Taking 2nd Voice on floor & converting the prospect to Sales.
· Audit Sales call & Coaching agents on AOI like pitching / Need generation / Rapport building / etc.
· Engage & retain agents while building a positive Winning Culture on floor.
Responsibilities:
· Monitor the input metrics and that directly impact the output and team productivity.
·Own the sales targets and output metrics to deliver in line with the growth plan of the team.
· Responsible to track and report the KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
·Work with multiple stakeholders including Sales Agents, Customer support and Customer Lifecycle Management Team to ensure smooth customer experience while delivering on team targets.
·Responsible for doing TNI & participating in execution for process improvement.
Skill set / Requirement
· Good understanding of inbound / outbound process, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales process
· Qualification - B.Com/M.com / B.Tech preferred.
· Relevant experience - 2 to 4 years in Sales, Leading team
· Should have a proven track record to build & manage a strong sales team with a deep understanding of Objection handling, Negotiation Skills & Lead management.
·Must be self motivated, detail oriented with good knowledge of Feedback sharing Techniques.
.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Day Shift: 6 days – Mon to Sat
Salary - 25 k +incentives
