We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and guide our Admission Counsellor team (5-6 members). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in telesales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive the team towards achieving admission targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5-6 Admission Counsellors.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure team members achieve their targets.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve efficiency.
Develop strategies to enhance student enrollments for our banking preparation courses.
Ensure high-quality communication with potential students and parents.
Handle escalations and resolve queries related to admissions.
Maintain reports on team performance, sales, and conversions.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in telesales, including 2 years in team handling.
Industry Preference: Education, EdTech, or related fields.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Strong ability to drive admissions and meet targets.
Leadership Qualities: Ability to mentor, guide, and motivate the team.
Work Schedule: 6 days working (Alternate Saturdays off, Sundays fixed off).
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.
