Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a high-performing sales team for our Axis Bank campaign. You’ll play a key role in meeting daily sales targets, managing attrition and shrinkage, and driving team productivity in a fast-paced BPO sales environment.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹33,000 per month
- Take Home: ₹27,000 per month
- Incentives: 10% of the total incentives earned by your team
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and monitor a team of sales executives to achieve assigned targets.
- Track and manage team performance metrics such as:
- Sales Conversion
- Attendance & Login Hours
- Attrition & Shrinkage
- Drive daily huddles, share targets, and track progress.
- Resolve customer and team escalations with professionalism.
- Maintain process discipline and ensure product compliance with Axis Bank standards.
- Collaborate with HR for team hiring and training needs.
- Maintain accurate MIS and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team handling ability.
- Experience managing attrition and shrinkage in a BPO setting.
- Good sales knowledge and objection handling techniques.
- Proficient in ••Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Sales (preferably BFSI/BPO).
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a target-driven environment.
