Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships

Responsible for maintaining discipline / absenteeism of team on the floor.
∙ Responsible for feedback and coaching.
∙ Good MS office knowledge.
∙ Work closely with the teams to achieve Qualitative targets specified as per
process requirement.
∙ will be responsible for hourly & daily performance.
∙ will be responsible for client communication for his particular process.
∙ Need to ensure low performers are motivated, to get the required productivity
from them.
