Business Development Manager (BDM)
A Business Development Manager for an academic context drives growth and revenue by identifying and cultivating new opportunities, building relationships and developing strategic plans to expand the institution’s reach and impact.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategies to attract new students, faculty and research projects.
· Responsible for strategies to improve the institution’s reputation and impact
· Monitoring and advising students on their academic and career paths .
· Identifying and building relationships with academic institutions to promote our educational services.
· Create new business opportunities by reaching out to potential candidates and developing strategic collaborations with universities and educational institutions.
· Execute effective seminars and attend educational events to represent our academy and promote our brand.
· Source and convert lead successfully .Call and acquire students in enrolling for our courses.
· Share course details on calls ,highlighting their educational value
· Enroll students on our learning platform, meeting monthly sales targets.
· Onboard students by effectively communicating course benefits
· Lead follow-up and keep track of records
· Effectively manage database for smooth enrollment.
Requirements:
· Strong communication and convincing skills
· Minimum 3 years of experience
· Must be experienced in the educational business development field
· Should have experience in conducting seminars.
