Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products and services.
Handle outbound calls and provide information.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Report call outcomes and feedback to the team leader.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and Convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Known Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English,etc.

Work Environment and Schedule:
Location: Pune/ PCMC
Working hours: 10 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]
