Job Role:
● Build a strong rapport with the past participants and generate opportunities and convert them into registrations
● Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective participants to introduce the company's services, engage in meaningful conversations, and identify potential opportunities
● Develop a deep understanding of the Growth Vidyapeeth's workshops, features, and benefits. Articulate the value proposition to potential clients, highlighting how it can positively impact their life
● Engage in consultative selling techniques to understand clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
● Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software / Google Sheets. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales-related information
● Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Provide valuable insights and feedback to optimize marketing strategies
● Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, progress, and results. Present sales performance data to the Faculty and Project Head
● Excellent Communication Skill is a must (Fluency in English, Hindi and if possible, Gujarati)
