What You'll Do
Handling incoming and outgoing call.
Communicating with existing customer through call and chats for upsell/cross-sell products.
Taking feedback call.
Follow-up with leads via phone or email to maintain ongoing communication.
Update CRM systems with lead and customer information.
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align on targets and objectives.
