Pure Sweet Enterprises, an authorized Kent RO service center, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our customers. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing service requests efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about Kent RO products, services, and warranty policies.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical team.
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.
Process service requests, track service progress, and update customer records accurately.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Kent RO products, services, and promotions.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
Familiarity with Kent RO products and services is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
