The Team Lead - Sales is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring revenue targets are met. This role involves developing strategies to maximize sales, coaching team members, and fostering strong relationships with clients to enhance business growth.
Objectives:
1. To Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals with team handling.
2. Identify market opportunities and create action plans to improve sales.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
