Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right educational programs, universities, and career paths. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of overseas and domestic education opportunities, and the ability to counsel students and their parents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about education options, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.

• Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their academic background, financial capabilities, and career goals.

• Provide detailed information about visa requirements, scholarships, and financial aid.

• Guide students through the application and documentation process for admissions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education policies, university requirements, and entrance exams.

• Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

• Organize seminars, webinars, and workshops for students on study opportunities and career planning.

• Keep records of student interactions and provide timely reports on admissions progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field or 2 PUC.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in education counseling or related fields.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Knowledge of international and domestic education systems is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Fluency in KANNADA is must and Manageable English.
