We are seeking an enthusiastic Hindi Telecaller to bring their BPO expertise to our team at Invesys Consulting Private Limited Company in Indore, Geeta Bhavan. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹15000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.
Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 0-3 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Below 10th is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
