Proven experience in inside sales, B2C sales, or financial services.
Strong understanding of stock markets, investment products, and trading platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
