We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals—all while maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential leads.
Qualify prospects and schedule product/service demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend the best products or services.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales techniques.
