Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new business leads through research, prospecting, and outreach to potential customers
· Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
· Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions-based sales pitches to customers
· Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing , operations and commercial teams.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer based through the leads provided.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
· Analyse sales data and the quality of the sales calls to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
· Mentor and train junior sales team members to help develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
· 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
· Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyse sales data and market trends
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
· Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools
· Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in the inside sales in B2B industry, with knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
· Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling
· Certification in sales, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
· Experience with sales analytics and data analysis tools, such as Excel or Tableau
