Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Actively identify and pursue new sales leads within the domestic market.
Qualify prospects and assess their needs to ensure a match with ImpactGuru's offerings.
Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate sales opportunities.
Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, explaining how Impact Guru's solutions can address their needs.
Customize sales pitches based on client requirements and industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage client accounts and track sales progress to ensure follow-ups and timely closures.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Collaboration with the Sales Team:
Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute sales campaigns.
Share insights and market feedback to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
Attend regular meetings to review sales performance and discuss opportunities for growth.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Report on sales performance, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
Keep track of competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Customer Support and After-Sales Services:
Assist customers post-sale by providing support and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Address any issues or concerns raised by clients, offering solutions as needed.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Drive the sales process to meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
Take ownership of your sales pipeline and continuously work to close deals and increase revenue.
Qualifications:
Sales & Business Development Skills:
Experience in international sales, account management, or business development.
Customer Service Expertise:
Strong skills in managing client accounts and providing excellent customer service.
Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Relationship Building:
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM and MS Office:
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
