- Understand customer need and handle their queries
- Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
- Manage time to handle multiple calls
Job Description
Generate leads by calling, sending emails and responding to incoming calls/emails, social media (LinkedIn)
Ø Sending Business proposals, present company concepts & services to prospective clients.
Ø Conducting Social Media research to identify potential prospects, Follow up & Fixing appointments.
Ø Demonstrating products to customers wherever Possible / Applicable
Ø Maintaining good business relationships with existing clients
Ø Updating in our module with key information on daily basis
Ø Responsible for implementing campaign marketing and advertising on new and existing products
Ø Ensure that around 60-70 calls are done every day.
Ø Coordination with the sales / BD personnel on the Status of the lead given(success/hold/Reject)
