We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and driving qualified leads through telecalling and digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in converting inquiries into site visits and ultimately into sales.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions from our inventory.
Maintain an accurate and updated CRM with client details and follow-up activities.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers with the field sales team.
Follow up with potential customers post-visit and guide them through the sales process.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and site visit scheduling.
Work closely with the marketing team to nurture leads generated through campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields).
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Fluent in English and local languages as per region.
