Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BPO Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in an outbound sales environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and provide feedback to improve the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, especially in outbound sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing practices is preferred.
