We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator / Executive with expertise in the B2B Sales sector to join our team at Avhe India Private Limited in Delhi, located at Mundka. In this role, you’ll manage both inbound and outbound calls, conduct cold calls to potential audiences, and follow up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹17000, along with a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Contacted potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.
Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.
Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.
Build good customer connections, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.
Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in any language. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Below 12th, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
