Revenue Generation:
Prospect, identify, and reach out to potential clients via call
Qualify leads and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing clients
Regularly follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues related to sales
Market Research & Strategy:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that alin with sales goals.
Identify and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular updates to the management team regarding sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and potential improvements to the product.
Qualifications:
Masters/Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in sales, with at least [0-4] years of experience in the ed-tech or Stock market industry
Strong understanding of the education technology landscape and market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about technology and education.
Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage
