Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Counseling parents and students about various career options available in universities.

2.⁠ ⁠Making outbound and cold calls, as well as handling admission inquiries.

3.⁠ ⁠Maintaining conversation records on provided CRM.

4.⁠ ⁠Develop innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 0 - 6+ years of experience in sales, telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in any language. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Graduate and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
