The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The role involves selling software solutions, IT services, and customized applications to businesses and clients.

Responsibilities:

1 Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.

2 Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

3 Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions, software, and services.

4 Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with clients.

5 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.

6 Negotiate and close software, IT solutions, and service contracts.

7 Maintain sales records, CRM tools, and prepare reports on sales performance.

8 Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.

9 Work closely with technical and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.

10 Assist clients with post-sales support and customer satisfaction management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.

✔ Experience in IT sales, software sales, or B2B sales (preferred).

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✔ Knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation, and sales analytics.

✔ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
