Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and motivating induvial to join our tele sales team as insurance Sales Executives. Both fresher and candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in the health insurance field are welcome to apply. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate lead, engage with potential clients, and convert these leads into policy headers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out the potential clients through various networking and referrals.

• Client Engagement: Understand the insurance needs of prospective clients and provide tailored solutions that meet the requirements.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the various health insurance products offered by the company to effectively address clients inquires and concerns.

Sales Conversion: Present and excellent insurance policy option to clients, highlighting the benefits and coverage details of facilitate informed decision making.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.

• Open to freshers and candidates with experience in health insurance sales or any field.

  Skills:

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and Familiarity with CRM system.

• Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
