We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead our business-to-business sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing strategies to drive growth, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales approach, identifying new opportunities, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of B2B sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in target markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create a seamless customer journey.
Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure proper onboarding of new clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of consultative selling and value-based sales techniques.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to travel as required.
