As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our property offerings, as well as developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers, investors, and tenants. You will work closely with the sales team and senior management to meet sales targets, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals.Understand customer needs and present suitable property options to meet their requirements.Conduct property site visits, providing prospective clients with detailed information about the properties, amenities, and investment benefits.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential buyers and investors.Negotiate terms and close sales transactions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets consistently.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.B. Marketing Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email newsletters, online ads, etc.) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Plan and execute property exhibitions, open houses, and events to attract potential buyers and investors.Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online listings, to showcase properties effectively.Collaborate with external agencies or vendors for professional photography, video tours, and virtual tours.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration & Reporting:Work closely with the property development team, senior management, and other departments to ensure marketing materials and sales strategies align with the company’s objectives.Provide regular sales and marketing reports, including progress on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.Assist in developing pricing strategies, promotions, and offers to drive sales and attract new clients.Foster relationships with clients, brokers, and real estate agents to expand the company’s network and reach.Customer Relationship Management:Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing follow-up support after sales, encouraging referrals, and retaining customer loyalty.Address customer feedback, issues, and concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Qualifications:BE in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate.Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the real estate sector (experience in property sales preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with online property listing platforms.Familiarity with property management systems and software & Excel report.Understanding of property investment strategies and the ability to advise clients on potential returns.Working Conditions:Full-time position.Flexibility for some evening and weekend work, particularly during property viewings and events.Ability to travel locally for property site visits and client meetings Required and Important · First preference candidate from Coimbatore.· Age: 25 to 30.· Experience: 2 to 5 years in a related field.· Office time: 9.15 Am to 6.30 Pm· Language: English & Tamil and must good communication in English.· Salary: 25000/- Pre Month· Reporting to: CEO· Work Location: Coimbatore
