Follow up on proposals to secure customer orders and address any questions or concerns.
3. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
Stay informed about new product developments, technological advancements, and customer preferences within the chemical industry.
4. Sales Reporting & Targets:
Track sales activities, including calls, emails, and meetings, and report progress regularly to senior management.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team.
Provide accurate forecasts and updates on sales pipeline activities.
5. Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for market penetration and revenue generation.
Assist the field sales team with lead qualification, customer meetings, and other sales activities as required.
Participate in trade shows, webinars, or industry events to build relationships and promote the company’s products.
