We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with potential customers to close deals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
