Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Executive for a mid-level full-time position based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in tele sales, with a solid understanding of the travel arrangements industry. This role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and effectively closing sales while representing the Club Value Holidays brand.
Qualifications and Skills
· Proven track record with 4-6 years of tele sales experience in a related industry.
· Proficiency in CRM software, with a preference for experience with Salesforce, to maintain and manage customer relationships.
· Outstanding customer engagement capabilities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Thorough understanding of telecommunication protocols to ensure efficient and clear communication.
· Strong cold calling skills (Mandatory skill) for effective initial engagement with potential clients.
· Expertise in lead generation techniques (Mandatory skill) to cultivate a robust prospective client base.
· Exceptional negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to secure the best possible outcomes for both the company and clients.
· Advanced objection handling abilities to effectively address and overcome client concerns or hesitations.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Execute telesales campaigns by engaging potential clients and introducing Club Value Holidays' offerings.
· Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling and targeted outreach efforts.
· Efficiently manage and update CRM systems to track sales activities and client interactions.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
· Negotiate sales and close opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
· Handle client objections with ease, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
· Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and adapt to market trends.
· Provide regular reports on sales performance, including insights and areas for improvement.
