Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Tele Sales Executive to contribute to our sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasive skills to engage potential customers and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, presenting our Apple service offerings effectively.

• Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and convert leads into successful sales.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).

• A target-driven mindset with a positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

• 1-2 years of experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred.

Job Details

• Salary: ₹30,000 per month

• Work Schedule: 6 days a week

• Shift: Day shift (9 hours per day)
