Bright Future Infotech is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Tele callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, explaining our training programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain various training programs.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Maintain a database of potential students and update call records.
Provide information about course fees, duration, and benefits.
Answer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve admission targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship with students.
Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0-2 years in tele calling, sales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Preferred: Experience in the education/training sector will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience & performance).
