Job Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and tenants.

• Provide detailed information about property listings, pricing and features.

• Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties.

• Follow up with leads and suitable site visits.

• Maintain and update customer database regularly.

• Address client queries and concerns in a professional manner.

• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.

• Monthly Targets.

  Requirements :

• Proven experience as a tele caller , sales executive or similar role in real estate or a relatable field.

• Excellent Verbal Communication skills in English, Kannada, Tamil and Telegu.

• Strong persuasion and negotation abilities.

• Proficiency of real estate trends and market conditions.
