We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance TELESALES Executive to join
our team. As an Insurance TELESALES Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales
and closing the leads. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive ability, and
knowledge of insurance products will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
· Proactively contact potential customers via phone calls to provide information
about our insurance products and services
· Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage options
· Conduct sales presentations and effectively explain policy details, terms, and
conditions
· Close sales deals and achieve assigned targets and quotas
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships
· Utilize our internal database to update customer information and manage sales
pipeline
· Follow up with prospective customers and provide post-sale support
Requirements
· Higher Secondary or diploma, a bachelor's degree is preferred
· Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in the insurance
industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong persuasive ability and the ability to handle objections effectively
· Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced
environment

Salary
· INR 15,000/- CTC (Freshers with Good communication skills)
· INR 17,000 CTC - INR 20,000/- CTC (Should have Sales experience in any BPO
Voice process with Excellent Communication skills) .
