We are looking for a Tele Sales Manager to lead our Tele Sales team and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent sales strategies, and a proven track record in managing a Tele Sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the Tele Sales team to meet sales targets.

Develop and implement Tele Sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
