Job Title: Telecaller – Pharma Distribution Sales
Location: Chennai, Alappakkam(near Porur/Maduravoyal)
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales orders from pharmaceutical retailers through effective telephonic communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a proven track record in sales or telemarketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential pharmaceutical retailers to promote our product line and generate sales orders.
• Understand retailers' needs and provide detailed information about products, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain and update an accurate database of retailer contacts and interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
• Handle inbound inquires from retailers, providing prompt and accurate information.
• Address and resolve any retailer concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and retailer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular report on call activities, sales, and retailer feedback.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience Telecalling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM will be an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated- Fluency in Tamil and decent spoken English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
