Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.

• Maintain and update client databases with accurate contact information and interaction details.

• Assist in setting appointments, managing schedules, and following up on sales leads.

• Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

• Follow the call scripts to ensure consistency in messaging and compliance with company policies.

• Keep track of call outcomes and provide regular feedback to the team on call performance.

• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales and achieve targets.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers are welcome).

• Strong communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.

• Basic knowledge of using CRM software and MS Office tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.

• A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Female candidates preferred.
