Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Callers to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and assisting them with their inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote NoBrokerHood services.

- Handle inbound queries and provide necessary information to customers.

- Follow-up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversions.

- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams for seamless service delivery.

Key Requirements:

- 0.6 - 2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

- Ability to persuade and convince potential customers.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
