JOB DESCRIPTION – TELE CALLER
Responsibilities:
1. Interact with the customers via various channels such as calls, messaging and provide them relevant information.
2. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and requirements of a customer and maintain healthy customer relations.
3. Collect information from the customers and maintain records.
4. Modify the sales pitch according to the response of the customers.
5. Develop an understanding of the product and services offered by the organisation.
6. Provide suggestions and information from your end according to the requirements of the customer.
7. Handle the queries of the customers.
8. Conduct follow-ups with the customer and co-ordinate with the sales team.
9. Schedule site visits, appointments with the customers and assist them.
