We're Hiring: Telecaller – Health and Life Insurance Renewal
We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our insurance renewal team. Your goal will be to contact existing policyholders, remind them of renewal deadlines, and persuade them to renew their policies.
Responsibilities:
Contact policyholders via phone/email to discuss renewal options
Explain policy benefits, terms, and conditions
Collect the queries and concerns of customers and share it with the senior person for resolution
Share renewal data to the customer
Update renewal report on daily basis
Send renewal lists, policy details, and payment links to customers
Meet or exceed renewal targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless renewal process
Requirements:
1-2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience (insurance industry preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic insurance knowledge
