The Telecaller is responsible for contacting individuals or businesses via telephone to promote products/services, generate leads, provide information, or offer support. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
Call potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Answer queries about the company or products
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Update customer information in the database
Take and process orders accurately
Handle complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Follow up with prospects regularly
Maintain a record of calls and sales
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
