We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls or receiving inbound calls to promote our products or services, assist in customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Outbound Calling:
Make calls to potential customers or leads to promote and sell products/services.
Conduct market research and surveys through calls.
Provide detailed information about products and services.
Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services where appropriate.
Inbound Calling:
Answer inbound customer calls and address inquiries related to products/services.
Provide excellent customer service, resolving complaints or concerns as needed.
Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Generate new business leads through cold calling or follow-ups on existing leads.
Maintain a database of customers and update them regularly.
Track calls and report feedback to the team or manager.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely and accurate information.
Assist customers in troubleshooting or resolving issues as required.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Record call outcomes and provide weekly/monthly reports.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred (depending on the company).
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)].
