We are looking for a dynamic and motivated telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to persuade potential customers.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and generate interest among customers.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and details.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Handle inbound customer queries and resolve their concerns.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Provide accurate information to customers and maintain professionalism.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve customer engagement.
Minimum qualification: [10th/12th pass, Graduate]
Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferred).
