Job Title: Marathi Speaking Tellecaller

Location: Thane

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1st and 2nd Saturdays will be half day)

Transport: Pickup & Drop Facility from Thane Station to Office

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tellecallerfluent in Marathi. As a Marathi Tellecaller, you will be responsible for calling our previously registered or inactive patients, understanding their concerns, and encouraging them to book appointments or revisit the clinic for further treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to inactive or follow-up patients

• Communicate clearly in Marathi to build rapport and trust

• Explain the importance of continuing their health treatment

• Schedule clinic appointments and update records accordingly

• Follow up with patients who showed interest but didn’t visit

• Maintain accurate call logs and daily reporting

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

- Basic computer knowledge

- Freshers are welcome to apply

Job Type:

Full-time | Fresher

Salary:

₹11,000 to ₹12,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

₹3,000 to ₹5,000 (Target based incentive)
