We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and assisting clients with their queries. You will play a key role in promoting our products/services and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
Explain products/services and persuade potential clients to take action.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
