Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Telecallers with outbound calling experience to join our team at Navjyoti Transforming Lives & Careers Society in Gurugram. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to potential leads, clients, and beneficiaries.
✅ Explain our services, programs, and initiatives effectively.
✅ Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the CRM/database.
✅ Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.
✅ Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
✅ Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in outbound telecalling / telesales / customer service.
Communication Skills: Excellent English-speaking skills (fluency is a must).
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email handling.
Personality Traits: Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
Availability: Ready to join immediately.
