Job Title: Tele calling Fundraiser Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Experience: 0-0.6 months/ freshers required About Us: We are a dedicated NGO based in Bangalore, working towards ( to prevent, treat, and cure avoidable blindness, focusing on conditions like cataracts and refractive errors.) Our mission is to bring positive change by mobilizing resources and spreading awareness about our cause.Job Role:As a Tele calling Fundraiser, you will play a key role in securing financial support for our NGO. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential donors, educate them about our mission, and encourage them to contribute to our cause.Key Responsibilities:Contact potential and existing donors via phone to explain our social initiatives.Communicate the impact of donations and persuade individuals/organizations to contribute.Build and maintain positive relationships with donors to ensure continued support.Accurately record donor information and update databases.Achieve daily/weekly fundraising targets.Address donor queries and provide necessary information.Work closely with the fundraising and communications team to improve outreach strategies.Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.A passion for social causes and the ability to inspire others.Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or tele calling is a plus but not mandatory.Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record-keeping.Benefits:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work for a meaningful cause.Career growth within the NGO sector.Training and development programs.If you are passionate about making a difference and have the ability to communicate effectively, we would love to have you on board!
