We are looking for a Telecalling Assistant to handle inbound calls, provide information about products/services, generate leads, and support customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Make inbound calls to potential customers
Maintain records of calls and customer information
Follow up on leads and update CRM systems
Meet daily/weekly call targets
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory
