Pune is currently hiring for the position of Tele caller in their real estate division. Below are the job details: Position: Tele caller (Real Estate) Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Near Ramwadi Metro Station) Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off) Salary: ₹15000 to ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and interview) Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential or existing customers, providing information about real estate properties and services. • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer solutions or alternatives. • Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups. • Generate sales leads and schedule property site visits. • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.Required Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is preferred.Experience: Freshers to 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.Application Process:Interested candidates can apply through the company’s career page or contact the HR department directly.
